THE TEW RADIO FACTOR'S NEW SPONSOR

SECURE DELETE PRO

We are happy to announce that The TEW Radio Factor have teamed up with Secure Delete Pro. With all the recent press about identity theft, governments losing personal data and so on, more and more people are becoming understandably worried about the privacy of their own computers. And not just from the prospect of identity fraud, but from snooping partners, employers, and even law enforcement agencies! After all, nearly everyone has some data that they would rather not share with others - passwords, personal information, classified documents from work, financial records, browsing history, the list is endless. You might think once you're done with this data, you just delete it and it's gone from your computer forever, right? Wrong, Are You Protected We are proud to have Secure Delete Pro as a sponsor and hope that our listener's and reader's will take advantage of Secure Delete Pro! Make sure you are safe!

MTV Awards announced for 2008

Created On March 18th, 2008 by i_have_ADD

The first details of MTV’s annual localised awards night have been revealed for 2008, although not without the requisite format updates. The awards initially launched down under back in 2005 at the Luna Park Big Top, hosted by the Osbourne family and featuring Anna-Nicole Smith’s infamous (and, err, totally spontaneous) boob-flash.

Since shifting to the Superdome/Acer Arena two years back, the awards have continued to grow in size. It seems that’s all about to change this year, though, with the ceremony being moved to Australian Technology Park in the inner-city Sydney suburb of Redfern. The venue, which is significantly smaller in capacity than Acer Arena, is used for the filming of TV shows like Australia’s Next Top Model and So You Think You Can Dance.

So far Hollywood-starlet-gone-rock-chick Juliette Lewis and her band The Licks have been announced to perform, as well as hip-hop/urban mega-stars Eve and 50 Cent. It’s also rumoured that the Foo Fights will make a cameo, with the band in the country on tour at the time of the event. Other celebs doing the rounds as possibilities to feature include Lindsay Lohan, Mischa Barton and Paris Hilton.
