THE TEW RADIO FACTOR'S NEW SPONSOR

SECURE DELETE PRO

We are happy to announce that The TEW Radio Factor have teamed up with Secure Delete Pro. With all the recent press about identity theft, governments losing personal data and so on, more and more people are becoming understandably worried about the privacy of their own computers. And not just from the prospect of identity fraud, but from snooping partners, employers, and even law enforcement agencies! After all, nearly everyone has some data that they would rather not share with others - passwords, personal information, classified documents from work, financial records, browsing history, the list is endless. You might think once you're done with this data, you just delete it and it's gone from your computer forever, right? Wrong, Are You Protected We are proud to have Secure Delete Pro as a sponsor and hope that our listener's and reader's will take advantage of Secure Delete Pro! Make sure you are safe!

Playground Weekender line-up announced

Fancy dress, furry animals and five stages of music are on the cards for this year's second Playground Weekender outside of Sydney.

Set on the banks of the Hawkesbury River, the Weekender is a boutique camping and music festival that takes its cues from Rob Da Bank's Bestival: it's three days long, it happens at a holiday resort, and it has a fancy dress day on Saturday. But the Aussie reincarnation does have at least one major difference. Where else you can happily party alongside the resident kangaroo and wallaby population?

Besides the friendly locals, there's also a round the clock music programme with indie leanings headlined by former Stone Roses frontman Ian Brown, indie-poppers The Wombats and JJJ darlings Josh Pyke and Ben Lee. This year the dance bill has been extended with G-Stoners Kruder & Dorfmeister; big names in minimal/tech house (Steve Bug, Tiefschwarz), drum'n'bass (LTJ Bukem) and electrohouse (Spirit Catcher); UK label chiefs Will Saul, Ben Watt and Ralph Lawson as well as Notting Hill institution Norman Jay all making the trip. Well worth leaving the rat race for, then.
