As T Bar prepares to shut its doors for the last time we can announce the final reincarnation of Stink, the infamous Monday night session that brought the elite players of underground club music under one roof in East London. Stink was born during an infamous after-hours involving two of techno leading figures, Damian Lazarus and Michael Mayer (label heads of Crosstown Rebels and Kompakt) and a poolside of guests that were subjected to their musical treats.
The monthly Monday parties brought together an ensemble of the label’s friends and family, welcomed global talents and new faces. A series of all-day bank holiday events witnessed queues from mid-afternoon, dress-up shenanigans and a room full of lost clubbers in the maze at our ‘Get Lost’ party.
